A long term Phoenix Suns sports medicine physician, Dr. Fiel, and his team know what it takes to treat athletes effectively and we treat our patients just like they are a professional themselves. We use the most up-to-date diagnostic tools to evaluate your condition and specialize in minimally invasive techniques and newly developed treatments to minimize your pain and recovery time.
We know firsthand how tough life can be at times. These diagnosis and treatment tools are utilized for any form of injury and are not just limited to those playing sports e.g. workers comp, slip and falls, chronic pain, etc.
Why Dr. Fiel?
Dr. Fiel attended medical school at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1989. He completed his internship and his residency in family practice at Grandview Hospital and Medical Center in Dayton, OH. Dr. Fiel completed a fellowship in sports med at the Center for Sports Medicine and Orthopedics in Phoenix, AZ, and has been a family and sports med physician since 1993.
Formerly the team physician for the Phoenix Suns and a proud member of the NBA Physician Association, Dr. Fiel is double-boarded in family and sports medicine. Additionally, Dr. Fiel is a Board Member of the Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA) and a Member of the American Osteopathic Academy of Sports Medicine (AOASM).
